Our skilled craftsman are able to build even the most complex of roofing systems, and our maintenance experts are adept at spotting areas of concern – addressing them before it becomes a major problem. Ameridian’s solar team can provide a turnkey project, whether roof top, ground mounted, carport or canopy, taking you from design through installation and maintenance.
Since 1995, Tom has coordinated the management and leadership of all operations activities of Ameridian Specialty Services across all areas of the company, including roofing and construction. He possesses a strong background in real estate development, both residential and commercial. Additionally, Tom has expertise in the area of building asset management. Tom brings over thirty years of market and industry knowledge to the Ameridian team.
Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Jim is responsible for construction and project management, working together with clients, architects, engineers and contractors from design through completion. Jim has 16+ years experience in project management. Through his construction experience, he is able to surpass our company’s and our customer’s needs. He continually provides professional service exceeding customer expectations.
Jim graduated from Miami University with an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. In October, 2010, the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners certified Jim as a Solar Photovoltaic System Installer™.
Commercial Roofing Estimator
Jim joined Ameridian in 2012 and brings over 30 years of experience as an Estimator, Construction Engineer and Project Engineering Manager. His background includes estimating, coordinating and analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotes, identifying projects for bid, maintaining project bid lists, determining labor and material costs and estimating units. Other duties have involved contract administration, including preparation of submittal packages, purchasing, scheduling, work orders, change orders, pay applications and close-out. Jim’s attention to detail has led to a more efficient operation on the flat, ballasted, built-up, metal and single-ply side of the business. Jim earned an MBA from Xavier University in 1998, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Sales and Business Development
Steve joined Ameridian in 2010, after fourteen years in sales, marketing and business development for a custom home builder and local developer. In Steve’s current role, he is responsible for market research, planning, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. His previous sales efforts earned him the Excalibur Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Cincinnati.
Cathy J Owens
Cathy joined Ameridian in September 2008 with a background in banking, accounting and customer service. Her current responsibilities with
Ameridian include running the company’s weekly payroll and all related items. Working closely with HR manager in updating & maintaining personnel records. Managing day to day accounts payables and accounts receivables. Working closely with CFO In maintaining financial records & reports.
Service Coordinator/Human Resource Administrator
Francesca joined Ameridian in 2011 with a background in office management, residential and commercial real estate property management. Her current responsibilities with
Ameridian include scheduling multiple roofing and construction service projects and maintaining relationships with clients, individuals and organizations to promote ongoing business. She assists the Chief Financial Officer and President with the company’s HR programs. Francesca resides in Cincinnati with her husband and two children.
Roofing Operations Manager
Brian joined the Ameridian team in 2011 with over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry in residential and commercial. his background is in estimating, materials procurement and qualifying subcontractors, and running steep slope roofing projects. His education includes a Construction Management degree from Cincinnati State College. Brian estimates projects performs FCS inspection, oversees the service department, and works with the Commercial estimator and superintendent on manpower and production. Brian and his family reside in Milan Indiana.
